We strongly encourage anyone who’s new to our company to read this! It’s essentially a how-to book on being a good technology consultant and good management consultant. It describes a lot of the challenges that customers face and describes ways to not only be diplomatic and tactful, but to really leverage the trusted advisor position we’re often put into.
This book is really the premise of what our company is based on, which is leveraging a set of processes and tools to help automate the software development process.
