Derek Lewis is a business ghostwriter and authority architect. He earned a degree in economics from Louisiana Tech and then a Master’s in economic development from the University of Florida. Derek’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to leave corporate America and start an IT services company with a coworker and during the startup phase, Derek supported his family by taking on copywriting projects. Once he realized he could make a living combining his two loves of business and writing, he decided to pursue a full-time career as a business writer.
Today, Derek is one of the foremost authorities on business thought-leadership books, having authored the leading guide to the subject, The Business Book Bible. He is also the host of The Business Book Podcast. He has worked with authors on five contents, including a Texas oil tycoon, a Turkish economist, and IT startup millionaire, a Brazilian Federal Judge, and a military governor.
