Malcolm Gladwell’s books are always informative and offer clever, counter-intuitive ways of thinking about common problems. The Tipping Point and Blink stand out to me. They remind me to challenge conventional wisdom, in both personal and business matters.

Howard Stern changed the radio industry with an inventive style of interviewing. He always brings out unique sides to his guests, which motivates me to understand my clients as best I can before I try to help them.

Good to Great is a truly informative book. Jim Collins helps people understand why their businesses aren’t succeeding at the level they’d like and offers strategies for making improvements, relying on debunking popular myths in the industry.
4. Maya Angelou
Maya Angelou was an extremely strong woman and a huge role model for me. She endured so many hardships yet still triumphed. She did so with eloquence, grace, intelligence, and leadership.
