Before the age of 25, Chris Ronzio had built a video production company that sold over $3 million in youth sporting event videos. Once he sold that business, he decided to start doing what he really loved, which was to help other entrepreneurs organize the chaos in their own businesses.
What started as a personal consulting style and methodology, Organize Chaos quickly grew into a full-fledged business in its own right. Today Chris takes us through this methodology for finding focus in the midst of the entrepreneurial storm.
- Why entrepreneurs must learn to say “no”
- The three C’s Methodology: Context, Chaos, and Clarity
- Using systems for automation and accountability in your business
As an entrepreneur, consultant, and speaker, Chris Ronzio has been fortunate to travel the world, meet amazing people, and absorb diverse perspectives that continue to fuel his imagination. He spent his childhood in Chicago, then Boston before moving to Arizona in 2009 to escape the winters. He currently lives with his wife and son in Scottsdale, AZ. At the heart of everything he does is a desire to create more time, for himself and others, to focus on the things that we truly love doing.
