Here’s a sneak peak at our upcoming podcast “Smashing the Plateau,” which premiers next Monday, July 28. Below are brief descriptions of the show’s first three guests.

Blaine Graboyes – Blaine has held the titles of CEO, Executive Producer, Game Designer, and many others in the digital entertainment industry. He has worked with brands and clients including Disney, DreamWorks, Matter, Blizzard, Ubisoft, NHL, NFL, DC Shoes, and more. He was also an early pioneer of DVD technology. A master of breaking out of patterns that get so many of us stuck.

Patty Soffer – After a stint as a top fashion model, Patty went on to start a hugely successful business in South Florida. But then it all started coming apart. Patty’s story is one about overcoming some of life’s most difficult challenges to attain even greater success.

Carly Fink – Carly is a partner at advertising strategy and market research firm Provoke Insights. Before starting her own company, she worked at a number of advertising agencies, including Grey Group and J. Walter Thompson. Here she sheds light on why good products often fail, while “inferior” competitors often rise to them top.
