A Leader Of Development

On yesterday’s episode of Smashing The Plateau, Philip Spiegelman discussed his role in transforming South Florida from a snowbird destination to one of the world’s most luxurious locations for real estate.

Below are some of his biggest influences:

1) Emmett Logan

He’s a very low-key gentleman with a fascinating business background, and he’s been coming to our team and working with them to develop a clear and defined culture within our company.

2) Robert (Bob) Siegel

He is my first father-in-law, and he really did teach me the business of condominium development, sales, marketing, and promotion from the ground up. I don’t think there’s a time that goes by that I don’t reflect on something I’ve learned from him. He gave me the education I couldn’t have received anywhere else, and it served me well my entire career.

3) Donald Trump

I had the opportunity to work with Donald Trump, and it gave me the chance to see how some of the biggest developers function.

4) Our Clients

There’s never been a relationship with a client where I haven’t taken away something positive.
