Creating A Coaching Culture

On yesterday’s episode of Smashing the Plateau, Meredith Bell discussed her passion for developing leaders, creating a “coaching culture” and building longstanding relationships.

Here are some of her biggest influences:

1) Steve Chandler

Steve has helped me redefine the way I see myself and the world. He’s inspired me to think differently about concepts like time and money, which led me to achieve dramatically better results in all aspects of my life.

2) Nathaniel Branden

Dr. Branden’s writing gave me a deep appreciation for what’s really required to build strong self-esteem. He’s a true pioneer in this field.

3) Denny Coates

Denny has been my business partner for 25 years. From him I’ve gained an in-depth understanding of how the brain learns. He’s also been a role model for both creative and rational thinking.

4) Judy Robinett

Judy is a real power connector herself, and she’s taught me a lot about building strong relationships, through her book and her own example.

5) Martin Seligman

His book was a game-changer for me in the mid-90s, teaching me how to see, interpret and respond to events in my life.
